PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment is always due at the time of your scheduled appointment!
Note: Dr. Renee Hartman does not work many Saturdays and prices are slightly increased when taking patients on the weekend. Sat appointments are pre-scheduled and most of the time there is a long waiting list for an open Saturday for Dr. Hartman to be able to work. Please keep this into consideration when booking your appointment. Thank you!

Therapy: Please allow a minimum of 1 ½ hours for therapy. New patients need to allow 2 1/2 – 3 hours due to medical consultation & paperwork.
Lateness: You need to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. If Dr. Hartman cannot start at or a touch before your scheduled time – time will be deducted off your therapy.
Payment: Cash and Checks are accepted daily for ALL services, and cash only on Saturdays and bank holidays.
Returned Checks: There is a charge of $25.00 for all returned checks. This also includes the original amount that wasn’t paid and any bank fees. If your check bounces a second time you will be required to pay with cash only.
Delinquent payment: will result in a charge of $10 per day starting with the day of your scheduled appointment and continuing each day until payment is received. As with any business payment is due at the time of your scheduled appointment -NO exceptions. You cannot go anywhere to render a service without payment!
Cancellation Fee: Any missed appointment without a day before notice given in the time frame allowed with reminders will result in a fee of $30! It is appreciated and considerate to cancel ahead of time and would allow someone else the opportunity to get in. As always, for any specials running a FULL price charge will be made for last minute/day of cancellations while the special is running -due to the low price drop & not being able to fill them with last min cancellations.
Gift Certificates are sold for any occasion and expire by or before the end of the year. Treat all gift certificates as cash! Once they leave the office, Dr. Renee Hartman is NOT responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen certificates -they cannot be replaced –no exceptions. It is the buyers and/or recipient’s responsibility to keep track of their purchase(s) or gift(s). Certificates must be used by the expired date, once expired they are non-usable. Gift Certificates given as a gift/ donation and/ or as a discount from Dr. Renee Hartman with the name of the patient – is non-transferable. ALL Donated Gift Certificates for Silent Auctions, Fairs, Church Donations etc. From Dr. Renee Hartman expire by the end of the year donated – with NO exceptions or extensions…The charity and/or church receive the monies not Dr. Renee Hartman…she donated the gift certificate out of the kindness of her heart and receives nothing but offers the git and help for someone in need, which she is happy to help anyone.
