Health Scan Prices

Each day you have a choice to try again, the health scans provide knowledge about yourself and to be proactive / preventive. It’s a gift of knowing, preventing, obtaining peace of mind, learning how to make healthier decisions, and becoming healthier inside and out. When our body is running efficiently, our immune system is strong…germs, bacteria, and viruses pose no threat to us. Knowing what your current state of health is, gives you the best possible chance to prevent future development of illnesses and diseases; and help to reverse years of damage, suppressed manifestations’, wrong dietary habits and so much more! Don’t wait until your health declines, make the right decision today. If you’re in ill health –help to change it or learn how to maintain your current state of health and/or how to become healthier! Dr. Hartman is the 1st to offer this scan in and around her area and likes to offer things to patients others’ do not have, this way she is able to utilize others to help the masses!

Advanced Health Scan: Initial Scan: $250 for 3 to 3.5hrs (Limit)  Split into 2 appointments: 1^st) Health/medical history intake & consult, lab review and/or order, and advanced health scan with full payment upfront. 2^nd) Results (no charge) of advanced health scan, review of labs if ordered, and any recommendations that apply; including 1 to 2 days beforehand patients may received through email Metabolic or Adrenal Excel file to fill out and email back BEFORE their next appointment. The 2^ndappointment can be scheduled 1wk up to 4wks depending on lab results. Dr. Hartman will call to schedule 2^ndappointment if labs were needed/ordered. Otherwise, the 2^ndappointment will be scheduled during the initial (1^st) appointment. NOTE: If the initial appointment (1^st) takes 3.5hrs, then an additional fee of $75 for 60mins, $85 for 75mins or $100 for 90mins will be charged. On all paperwork the scans are good for around 3-4months.

Advanced Scan: Follow-Ups: $20 off regular prices listed above if by or before 5months. Full price if anything close to or over 6months.

LifeStyle Health Scan: Initial Scan: $195 for 2 to 2.5hrs (Limit) Split into 2 appointments: 1^st) Health/medical intake, health consult, possible lab(s) or nutritional review, and Lifestyle health scan with full payment upfront. 2^nd) Results of Lifestyle health scan, review of labs ordered (if applicable), nutritional information, lab(s) and any recommendations that may apply; including 1 to 2 days beforehand patients may received through email Metabolic or Adrenal Excel file or Nutritional / Dietary Word doc file to fill out and email back BEFORE their next appointment. The 2^ndappointment can be scheduled 1wk up to 4wks depending on lab results. Dr. Hartman will call to schedule 2^ndappointment if labs were needed/ordered. Otherwise, the 2^ndappointment will be scheduled in office during the initial (1^st) appointment. NOTE: If the initial appointment takes the 2.5hrs, then an additional fee of $70 for 60mins, $80 for 75mins or $95 for 90mins will be charged on the 2^nd.

LifeStyle Scan: Follow-ups: $10 off regular prices listed above within 6months. Full price if over 6months.

General Wellness Scan: Initial Scan: $185 Limit 90mins. Split into 2 appointments: 1^st) Health/medical history intake & consult, lab review and/or order, and general wellness health scan with full payment upfront. 2^nd) Results of general wellness health scan, review of labs if ordered, and any recommendations that apply; including 1 to 2 days beforehand patients may received through email Metabolic or Adrenal Excel file to fill out and email back BEFORE their next appointment. The 2^ndappointment can be scheduled 1wk up to 4wks depending on lab results. Dr. Hartman will call to schedule 2^ndappointment if labs were needed/ordered. • Food Scan added to any scan is $10 off regular prices for Adults and $5.00 off regular prices for Teenagers & Children. 
• Foods For Wellness Scan by itself: Adults (18+) $95 / Teenagers (13-17) $85 / Children (10-12) $80 / (9-6) $75 / (5-3yrs) $70 & (2-1yrs) $65 – Limit 75mins (uses a lot of color ink. It’s around 20+ pgs)

NOTE: The Original Food Scan & Foods For Wellness Scan -are NOT the same scans. These two scans cannot be combined together. Either can be run with any other scans. They are NOT a food allergy, sensitivity, or intolerance test! Dr. Hartman can order labs if a patient wants a panel done. Please read both pages addressing the scans to see their differences.

Mental Health Scan Sessions:

• Mental Health: Follow-up addressing NEW topic(s): $85 for 60mins within 3 to 4 months. $85 for 60mins within 6months. Full price for over 6months.
• Mental Health Packages For Topics: Initial Scan: Buy 5 sessions for $85 each: $425 *Pre-scheduled and full payment up front. 1 cancellation/reschedule allowed and up to 75mins. If 2nd cancellation (or more) occurs there is no makeup session or refund.
• Family Health Scan: $180 1.5-2hrs (limit) Initial Scan, health intake, & consult etc. This is a longer appointment due family grouping.
• 1) Family Health Scan: Follow-up Sessions/rounds (after initial): Session(s) for working on a single family member-75 to 90mins (limit) – $70 within 1wk, $80 within 2 Wks, $90.00 within 1month, $100 within 2months, $125 within 3months, $140 within 4months, $150 within 5months, $175 within 6months. Full price 6+months. 
• 2) Family Health Scan Follow-up 5 Sessions/rounds (after initial) Session(s) for working on all family members starting with the highest to lowest scored = the ones you’re least connected to or have the most unresolved issues with etc. up to 90mins (limit) – $85 within 1 week, $95 within 2 weeks, $110.00 within 1month, $130 within 2months, $150 within 3months, $175 within 4months, $200 within 5months, Full initial price 6+months. *Remember it’s important not to wait too long in-between it can stop progression. Follow-ups: are imperative to establish a personalized health plan that effectively addresses you specific concerns, goals, and helping to get to underlying causes. It takes BOTH you and Dr. Hartman working together for the betterment of your health. If you do not do your part, it will NOT work out…this is NOT Dr. Hartman’s fault. She is invested over 200+% and is eager to help those who come to her. She believes your time is just as precious as hers and she wants you to succeed! 

Realistic Goals: Dr. Hartman gives patients simple goals to be completed in each visit. She will work with what you are able to commit to that is reasonable and comfortable for you. She will NOT push you or push you into anything. She does not believe in telling patients they “have to do” something. She finds it more beneficial to work with patients at a level they are comfortable with while encouraging them for the steps they’ve taken, no matter how big or small. It is better for patients to achieve goals on their own without feeling forced to do something.

Patient Communications:

• Emailing is complimentary for up to 5 emails after any health or food scans, health or nutritional coaching, etc. Dr. Hartman will gladly clarify existing results and/or recommendations stated in office. However, any further communications for patients would need to schedule in office as a follow up. Keep in mind, Dr. Hartman will not offer new advice or recommendations through email or on the phone or address other concerns not discussed in office, or give any advice or suggestions on other businesses services, practices, therapies or treatments, or what your physician(s) recommends; nor will she ever go against your physician. 
• Texting is allowed for scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling and as a form of up dated communications. However, Dr, Hartman would appreciate not receiving multiple texts throughout the day and/or daily for questions, concerns etc. please call or email instead.
  • NOTE: Emailing and Texting are good ways to communicate, however, they can also be taken incorrectly, read more into then intended and/or cause some misunderstandings. It is highly recommended and encouraged for patients to schedule an office visit when extra clarification is needed to prevent any misnomers, miscommunication, or misunderstandings.
• New concerns, advice, or to further clarify results will need to be done one of three ways:
  •  In officefor $40 for 30mins, $70 for 60mins, or $100 for 90mins    
  • Zoom meetingcan be booked for $50 for 30mins, $90 for 60mins, $120 for 75mins, or $150 for 90mins  
  • Phone consultationcan be arranged for a fee of $20/15 minute increments 

Copies: If you lose your copy of a scan and want another copy prices are as follows: $70 (up to 10pgs), $85 (up to 15pgs) $95 (up to 20pgs), and $125 for anything over 20pgs; due to cost of ink, paper, and wear-tear on the printer.  

Replacement folders: are $10.00 per folder.

Payment Policy: Dr. Hartman maintains a cash based business, accepting cash or local checks. Laboratory, supplements, herbs, homeopathic medicines, clinical services, or treatments are additional costs and not listed above. Insurance cannot be accepted at this time due to the lack of licensure in Indiana for many fields considered non-medical, i.e., Functional, Integrative, Naturopathic, etc.  

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced. Without sufficient notice a  fee will be enforced which is on documents signed in office. A no call/show will result in a FULL price charge of the visit. Dr. Hartman respects your time, understands how precious it is and asks for you to respect her time and understand how valuable and precious it is too.

Results Policy: health scans that are split into two appointments MUST to scheduled during business hours ahead of time within 4wks of the initial (1st) appointment unless labs are conducted. If labs are done within 6wks of the initial appointment. If a patient chooses NOT to make an appointment for the results, Dr. Hartman has the right to mail their results, certified with signature, and the 2nd appointment is completed. Dr. Hartman does the results appointment (2nd) free of charge 1 to 1.5hrs or what time was left from the initial appointment to go through everything with patients. No other doctor or office would see a patient for anything without charging for an office visit…

​Labs: results will be emailed to you and/or able to be reviewed in office. Dr. Hartman is working on providing patients with a portal too. Reviewing your lab findings is critical to ensure that results are interpreted, understood, and managed in an appropriate way. You’re welcome to speak with Dr. Hartman and/or your medical physician about your results. Some labs will be ordered through Any Lab Test Now, or online through: Bio Health, Chelation Medical Center, Dutch, Genova, Great Plains Labs, Prometheus, Wellness FX, ZRT Labs etc.

Collaborating with other Healthcare Professionals:
Although Dr. Hartman is a trained and licensed Immunologist, Integrative and Natural doctor, due to licensure rules in the state of Indiana she cannot medically diagnose, identify, claim to treat, prescribe, or administer vaccines. It is imperative that you continue to seek medical care from your primary care physician (MD, DO, NP, PA, etc.) for diagnosis, identification, and treatment of medical conditions. Dr. Hartman works with many physicians and natural doctors for the betterment of patients’ health and wellbeing, and believes in multidisciplinary healthcare and feels collaborating with other healthcare professionals is essential when caring for those she works with. As such, she may refer you to another healthcare provider if she feels that something is outside of her scope of practice, and she fully expects to work with healthcare providers as part of your health and wellness team. ​

All prices are subject to change. Dr. Hartman states with all new patients and/or therapy clients their price upfront; there are NO hidden fees or extra fees given for being a “new” patient or therapy client. Dr. Hartman is honest and charges the same for everyone.  If prices change, her patients and therapy clients know a couple months in advanced BEFORE the new prices change. She does not take time away from anyone either, unless you are running late, and it pushes her to have to cut you time.
