Pricing: Dr. Hartman has teamed up with Emerson Ecologics /Wellevate and has been given a discount for using them. Normal monthly prices are $37 (starter pkg), $75 etc. However, Dr. Hartman will allow her patients to use the assessment for free with the commitment and guarantee they will send and meet with Dr. Hartman to go over their results, they keep monthly contact with her, and pay a small fee to meet with her monthly.
Dr. Hartman’s fees: 30mins – $50 / 45mins – $60 / 60mins -$85 / $90mins -$125
Patients who use this program will make a binding commit to monthly meetings with Dr. Hartman. This contact will need to be filled out prior to taking the assessment. It will be based on 3-, 6-, 9-, and 12-months (or longer) commitment. Patients can decide the time frame for both months and minutes and whether in office or virtually. After committing, Dr. Hartman will send them the link and they can then fill out the Diet ID.
Note: This program can be easily incorporated with the food scan(s), Metabolic Chaos, Health scans, Labs, Supplements, and numerous others offered by Dr. Hartman. There is a lot of room for advancing and taking control of your health and wellness!
