Virtual Health Coaching
What is a Health Coach? a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices and lifestyles. Subjects up for discussion for example can be about: nutritional health, herbs, homeopathy, hormones, immune system, medications, health challenges and/or conditions, day to day challenges /stressors; & much more.
A health coach educates and supports patients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle, diet, changing negative patterns etc. The information provided is to help guide patients to better health & nutritional choices. Teaches patients how to manage their weight, preventive health modalities, maintaining overall health, etc. Examples: learning how to help yourself between sessions; How taking simple, small steps can help prevent some health problems / conditions /diseases, etc. Advice about how to become healthier, ways in which this is accomplished and teach about natural health, fitness, healthy living, dietary /nutritional aspects, the effects of common lifestyle choices and so on. All consults are individualized and is put together for patients unique situations. Health coaches don’t diagnose conditions, prescribe medications or recommend lower or higher doses of your current medications.
Many health coaches are highly educated guides in the fields of nutrition, wellness, bio-individuality and mentoring. Online Health Coaching Instructions:
- Cash or checks accepted
- By paying the amount below guarantees you the time you purchased, i.e., 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90mins. However, time cannot be added on the day of your scheduled appointment. You would have to rescheduled for another day and time by coming back to this page.
- Email Dr. Hartman @ Dr.Renee@comcast.net, with the amount of time you want, available days, best email address and phone number.
- Dr. Hartman will contact you with open availability -times & dates
- After you’re scheduled, Dr. Hartman will confirm your appointment and send you forms you will need to fill out and send back to her in an email or fax 5 days before your scheduled appointment.
- If Dr. Hartman has any questions she will call or email back before your appointment
- The day of your appointment Dr. Hartman will send you a link to join her unless your an in-person appointment in office.
- Be on time for your appointment. If you are running late you need to contact Dr. Hartman immediately. Otherwise, if you are 5mins+ late and/or do not answer within the first 5 min; Dr. Hartman has the right to leave the meeting with no refund of monies to you. It is not fair to her or other patients that need help. If you are running late there is NO makeup time for the lateness either.
- If you cancel with Dr. Hartman at anytime, she reserves the right not to issue a refund. Dr. Hartman’s time is precious and if you cancel she is not always able to fill your scheduled slot and loses out.
- There are NO refunds for ANY reason – All sales are final!
