Gift Certificates & Coupons

Gift Certificate Purchases: are sold daily for all Treatments, Services and Therapies offered.  Annual Discounted Christmas Gift Certificates  are sold each year for a limited time. (Check Discounts & Special for additional information)

NOTE: ALL Gift Certificates given by Whole Body HealthCare and Wellness LLC. / Dr. Hartman as a gift or donation are non-transferrable; e.g., Christmas coupons, Referral coupons for therapy or doctor side, and Gift certificates given from Dr. Hartman with a patients name on them for special occasions. Purchased Gift Certificates & Christmas Gift Certificates are excluded and allowed to be given as gifts from the purchaser to whomever they want.

Expiration: All certificates have an expiration date and must be scheduled and used by or before there expiration. Check all certificates for an expiration date –Once expired certificates and coupons are non-usable with NO extensions. Do not wait until your certificate is about to expire to schedule, as you will risk of not being able to use your certificate due to a booked schedule. All certificates are to be scheduled ahead of time for use.

Treat as cash: Treat all gift certificates and coupons as cash! Once they leave the office, Dr. Hartman and her business are NOT responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen certificates -they cannot be replaced. It is the buyers and/or recipient’s responsibility to keep track of their purchase(s)/gift(s). This includes all coupons and gift certificates given from Dr. Hartman as a gift or donation. There are no replacements given.

Coupons & Discounts:

• Coupons, and Discounts will be applied toward the full price of the service/treatment specified. Only ONE discount is allowed per appointment and they CANNOT be combined.
• Transfers: NO coupons or gift certificates given as a gift from Dr. Hartman to a patient are transferable to another person. Gift certificates purchased as a gift are allowed to be given to anyone.
• Credits: are allowed to be used by immediate family members (same household: spouse, children…) Credits are not allowed to be given to or used by friends, coworkers, referrals, extended family etc. Visit Pre-Paid & Credits
